On matchdays, tickets can also be purchased at the ticket booth at Nordic Wellness Arena*.

The ticket booth opens 2 hours before kickoff and closes at the start of the second half.

Watching BK Häcken play top-tier football in Sweden is a fantastic opportunity to build team spirit and get inspired by our talented players on the pitch. We offer all youth teams and groups the chance to order team tickets for both our men’s and women’s matches at Nordic Wellness Arena.

BK Häcken Men (Allsvenskan)
Watch the pride of Hisingen compete at the top of the Swedish league. This offer is valid for youth up to and including 18 years of age. To be eligible for team tickets, your group must include at least 10 people, with no more than one-third being adults. Seating is in the grandstand section.

BK Häcken Women (OBOS Damallsvenskan)
Come cheer on national team stars like Elin Rubensson, Felicia Schröder, and Jennifer Falk as they fight for three points for Hisingen in the OBOS Damallsvenskan. The team ticket offer is valid for youth up to and including 18 years of age. Groups must consist of at least 10 people, with a maximum of one-third being adults. All seats are grandstand seating.

Ticket prices are listed excluding service fees. The service fee covers the cost of our ticketing and sales network. In case of a cancelled or rescheduled event, the service fee is non-refundable.

No Refunds on Purchased Tickets

A booking may be canceled up until payment is completed. The Swedish Distance Contracts Act does not apply to event ticket purchases. Once payment is made, the customer is bound by the purchase. Each ticket barcode is valid for a single scan only.

Match Dates May Change

Match dates and kick-off times may be changed at short notice. It is the ticket holder’s responsibility to verify the official match date and time. All changes or updates will be communicated via our official website.

Potential Restrictions

As a ticket buyer, you are responsible for staying informed about any restrictions or regulations in effect at the time of the event. Please refer to event information on bkhacken.se for details regarding health, safety, and public order measures enforced by authorities.

Cancelled or Interrupted Match

BK Häcken is the organizer of all home matches and is responsible for meeting safety regulations set by local police and emergency services. Matches are held under the rules of the Swedish Football Association and are overseen by its officials.

Once entry to Nordic Wellness Arena has taken place, no compensation will be given if a match is interrupted or not completed. Purchased tickets are non-refundable. No other expenses—such as travel or accommodation—will be reimbursed by the organizer.

If a match is rescheduled, your ticket will remain valid for the new date.

ID Requirements

All ticket holders must carry valid identification and present it upon request during the event.
Discounted student tickets must be accompanied by valid student ID (e.g. CSN card).
Pensioner discount tickets for early retirement require both valid ID and a certificate from the Swedish Social Insurance Agency.

Change of Venue

BK Häcken reserves the right to change the match venue. In such cases, season ticket holders and ticket buyers will be offered equivalent seating. No compensation will be provided to ticket holders for venue changes.

Tickets May Not Be Used for Commercial Purposes

Tickets are for personal use only and may not be used for commercial purposes. Tickets may not be used in competitions or resold without the club’s consent. It is strictly prohibited to resell tickets at a price higher than face value. The club reserves the right to cancel tickets if unauthorized resale is detected.

E-Tickets

Print-at-home tickets are considered valuable documents and must be treated as such. All tickets will be scanned upon entry to the match. If a customer is careless and multiple copies exist, only the first scanned version of the ticket barcode will be valid.

Personal Data Submitted with Ticket Purchase

All personal data submitted when purchasing tickets must be accurate. Fictitious names or addresses are not allowed. The club reserves the right to cancel bookings that do not contain correct personal and address details.
